Finally, Finally, we made it home! After weeks of stressing, and dreaming we finally brought the camper home! It wasn’t an easy journey, but it was so worth it!
So, before I begin, I would like to say that this may have been the most nerve wrecking day of my entire life. I just knew that it was going to be terrible. I had played out every horrifying scenario in my head and come to terms with them. However, I didn’t expect to not be able to get the new tires on the camper…. Of course, that is exactly what happened!
When we took the old tires off, it went better than expected. We had no problems (after deflating them) getting them off. So, with our new tires, we thought they would go on well and we could hit the road. oooohhhh noooo. We tried and tried to get the tires on without taking air out, but it just was not going to work. So, we deflated our brand new tires in hopes that they would go onto the camper. After the graciousness of an older gentleman, we had power for our air compressor and inflated tires.
We were finally on the road! All there was left to do was getting it back home in one piece! The camper did GREAT! We had no issues pulling it home! We made it back and it is now parked and waiting for some TLC!
